What is the registration fee for the congress?
There is no cost associated with participation in the congress. Registration for attendees and speakers is completely free of charge.
In what modality will the congress be held?
The entire congress will be held in synchronous virtual mode. The link to connect to the videoconference platform will be sent by e-mail prior to the congress.
Do I have to pay anything additional to receive my digital certificate?
No, it is not necessary to cancel anything additional to receive the digital certificates of attendance or speaker of the congress.
Do I have to submit a research paper to participate?
You can participate as a speaker or only as an assistant to the congress. If you register for the congress, you will be able to participate in all plenary lectures and parallel sessions where educational researchers present their advances or research results.
If I am a speaker at the congress, do I have to register?

What does it mean for the summary to be refereed?
It will be reviewed by a Technical Scientific Committee (single blind) according to a rubric that evaluates the quality of the work.
What does a "single blind" evaluation process mean?
That the evaluator knows the authors of the work being evaluated, but the authors do not know the evaluators.
Why am I asked for the ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) when I am going to submit an abstract with my research paper?
Because it is a unique identifier that provides researchers with a profile where their research production is compiled and is of international use.
I don't have ORCID, how can I do?
You must obtain it and it is very easy to do so. The infogram explains the 3 steps to obtain your ORCID profile.
Is there a maximum number of abstracts I can submit?
An author may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
Is there a maximum number of authors allowed per abstract?
Yes, a paper should not have more than 10 authors.
When will I know if my paper has been approved for presentation at the congress?
The corresponding author will receive an e-mail with the result of the arbitration on September 13, 2024.
What does the correspondence author mean?
The author is responsible for submitting the manuscript and communicating with the Organizing Committee of the Congress.
Will the Congress publish Proceedings with the approved abstracts?
Yes, at the end of the congress the Abstract Proceedings will be published in digital format. The Proceedings will have ISBN.
